If you are sensitive to sulfites E220–E224, E226–E228, exclude dried and candied fruits treated with them. The absence of sulfites in the selected product must be confirmed.
For celiac disease, only oats with a confirmed absence of gluten are considered: regular cereal may contain an admixture of wheat, rye or barley. In a small proportion of people, the oat protein avenin also causes a reaction - its tolerance is discussed with the treating specialist.
