Consent to data processing upon registration
Separate consent for creating and using a Vostok Food account.
Operator and target
Consent is provided by Vostok Food LLP (Vostok Food), BIN 160240015879, for contact verification, account creation, profile saving, order communication and access protection. You can contact the operator through the “Contacts and Details” page.
What data is processed
Confirmed phone number, last name and first name; at your request - date of birth and gender. For orders, the delivery address and order information are used. Information about the number confirmation, the version of consent, the time it was provided, and subscription settings are also saved. Verification codes and temporary registration keys are stored as protected verification values.
Optional information
You can omit your date of birth and gender and later remove it from your profile. The date of birth is intended for congratulations and future bonuses. Consent to advertising messages and consent to analytics are set separately; registration does not include them.
Services and data transfer
To send the code, the selected contact and message text are transferred to the appropriate service: WhatsApp (Meta services), Telegram or mail provider. Use of these services may involve data processing outside of Kazakhstan. The current store server is located in Samara, Russia. Access to data is provided to employees within the limits of their work rights. Personal data is not published in the catalog and is not transmitted to advertising recipients based on this consent.
Deadline and review
The consent is valid for the period of use of the account and execution of related orders or until withdrawal, taking into account the mandatory storage periods. To revoke and delete your account, contact the store through contacts. You can clear optional fields yourself. Confirming your number by itself does not create an account: you need to fill in your first and last name and separately accept this consent. The temporary registration key is valid for ten minutes; expired requests are deleted during cleanup.
How is consent recorded?
Consent is provided by a separate mark after confirming the number when filling out the registration form. The version of the text and the time of submission are saved.
