How to login or register?
Click “Login”, enter your number and confirm it with the code from WhatsApp. For a new number, the site will ask you to fill in your first and last name and agree to create an account. If you already have an account, you will be logged into it immediately. Subscription to the newsletter is optional.
Can I take a little bit of different products?
Yes. For each product, quick weights and input of your portion are available. The minimum quantity and packing step are indicated when choosing. Repeated additions of the same product are combined into one cart item.
How to choose products for a certain amount?
Open the portion selection for the product and fill out the “For my amount” field. The site will select the weight within the budget, taking into account the packaging step. Please check the selected weight and price before adding to cart.
How to buy ingredients for a recipe?
Open a recipe, set the number of servings, and add available ingredients to your cart. Their quantity will be rounded up to the packaging step. Ingredients that are not in the catalog will remain a separate list for purchase.
How to replace an item in a holiday set?
In the event calculator, under each proposed product there are replacement options. Choose the one that suits you and check the quantity and amount. If you have a food allergy, substitution requires a separate check of the ingredients.
Is the country on the map the country of my purchase?
The map shows the geography of crop cultivation and regional characteristics. The country of a specific batch is a separate property of the product. The reference card does not confirm the supplier or the origin of the lot.
Why are dried fruits different colors?
Color depends on raw material, variety, maturity and processing. Added sugar, sulfites, or drying method cannot be reliably determined by color. There are separate articles about this in the reference book.
Can I target the specified portion every day?
The portion on the card is a guideline for calculation and serving, and not a mandatory daily allowance. Consider the entire diet and individual restrictions. If an allergy to a product is confirmed, it is excluded regardless of the season.
How do I report a problem with my order?
Contact the store, give the request or order number and tell us what happened. If there is a question about quality or assembly, please attach a photo of the product. The manager will clarify the details and agree on a solution.
Where are your favorites stored?
Favorites, cart and access to orders are saved in your browser. They do not automatically appear on another device. Views for personalized recommendations are only counted if consent is enabled in the profile.
