Delivery and payment
Goods are paid to the manager before shipment. Delivery - separately to the aggregator after receiving the order. The website shows the estimated delivery cost. For a confirmed promotion with free shipping, the carrier is paid by the store; conditions are specified on the page “Promotions and promotional codes”.
Delivery to Almaty
Almaty is preset in the form. Enter the street and house number, select a point on the map, or determine the location with your permission. Delivery availability and rates are verified on a route-by-route basis. If delivery is not available, you can choose to pick up.
Available rates and times
After checking the address, the site will offer available options, such as courier or express delivery and delivery within a four-hour interval. The set of tariffs depends on the route and Yandex’s response. For the interval, the date and time are shown in Almaty time; for urgent delivery - a guide on the way. The store will separately confirm the assembly time.
Delivery is a guideline, not an invoice
Yandex Delivery calculation helps to estimate costs. It does not record the actual cost and is not included in remote payment for goods. After changing the address or cart, the calculation needs to be updated. The buyer pays the actual delivery cost directly to the aggregator after receiving the order. The manager will confirm the carrier and the availability of payment by the recipient before sending. For a confirmed promotion with free shipping, the carrier is paid by the store; conditions are specified on the page “Promotions and promotional codes”.
When to pay for goods
After receiving the application, the manager will contact the buyer, agree on the availability, exact weight and amount of goods and issue a remote payment from the terminal. Once payment is received we will send the order. There is no need to pay on the site. Employees do not need codes from bank SMS, PIN or access to the bank.
Opening hours
Daily, 07:00–17:00 Almaty time. At this time, the manager coordinates orders, payment and shipping. Confirm pickup time with the manager.
If the final weight is different
The amount of the weight position changes in proportion to the weight. For example, at a price of 5,000 ₸ per kg, 1.03 kg costs 5,150 ₸. Before paying, agree on the exact weight and amount. Changes to a paid order, refund or additional payment are discussed with the manager separately.
Pickup and large orders
Please confirm the location and time of pickup with the manager before your trip. The legal address may differ from the point of issue. For a large order, please indicate the date in advance - the required volume must be checked.
