How to place an order
Two steps: check your cart, then enter your contacts and delivery method.
1. Check your cart
Select the weight directly in the product card and add it to your cart. You can change the quantity in your cart or remove excess items. Click "Proceed to Checkout".
2. Specify contacts and receipt
Indicate your name and phone number; mail is optional. Choose free pickup or delivery. For a courier, find a street and house in Almaty, check the point on the map and click “Deliver here.” The site will calculate available rates. After logging into your account, you can save your address.
Tariff and cost
The shipping cost shown is a guide to estimating costs and is not an invoice. Courier delivery is paid by the buyer directly to the aggregator after receiving the order. The manager will confirm the availability of this payment method and transportation conditions prior to dispatch. For a four-hour interval, be guided by the date and hours shown: this is not a promise to deliver the order within four hours from the moment of placing. For a confirmed promotion with free shipping, the carrier is paid by the store; conditions are specified on the page “Promotions and promotional codes”.
Submit your application
Check your contacts, address and products, consent to data processing and submit your application. The manager will contact you, agree on the exact weight and amount of goods and issue a remote payment through the terminal. We will dispatch the order once payment has been received for the goods. The site does not write off money.
After submission: application status
Save your application number. In the “My Applications” section, click “Check Status”. Access remains in the browser where you submitted the application; if the browser data is deleted, contact the store and give its number.
