ONE EVENING AT A COMMON TABLE

We invite guests to Iftar

A selection of dates, dried apricots, almonds and walnuts for guests for one Iftar. Count the treats taking into account the number of guests and the main menu.

Guests and main menu first

Count everyone who will be at the table, including the hosts. If hot dishes, pastries and desserts are planned, nuts and dried fruits will be a small addition. In this collection, the calculation is for one meeting, without multiplying by weeks or month.

Several small plates

Place dates, dried apricots and nuts on small plates or trays that are easy to reach. It is not necessary to display the entire stock at once: some can be left for replenishment. It is convenient to serve nuts separately from dried fruits to make it easier for guests to choose.

Prepare your pitch in advance

Before the meeting, clarify the guests' preferences, prepare the dishes and check the ingredients on the packaging. If you are preparing a dessert according to a recipe, set the necessary ingredients aside from the treat on the table. In the calculator you can remove the excess and choose a small reserve.

Before placing an order

  1. Indicate the number of guests along with the hosts and select additional reserve.
  2. Compare the selection with the main menu and remove products that you do not plan to serve.
  3. Prepare small plates and separate the recipe ingredients from the treats for the table.

Treat for one iftar

80 g per guest. Calculator and recipes are available on this page.
