RAMADAN AT HOME
Suhoor and iftar with family
Dates, dried fruits and nuts for family suhoor and iftar. Calculate your purchase for 7, 14 or 30 days and adjust the composition to your home menu.
Two household reasons, one shopping list
Dates can be put on the table for iftar, dried fruits can be added to homemade suhoor, and nuts can be used in familiar dishes. It is not necessary to serve everything every day: choose products and their quantity as is customary in your family.
We count by family and number of days
Indicate who you are buying for and select a week, two weeks or a month. The calculator will multiply the selected amount per person by the number of family members and days. This is a purchasing guideline, not a nutritional guideline; In the calculation, a month is equal to 30 days and does not specify the fasting calendar.
Leave room for the usual menu
Check which dishes are already on the menu and reduce unnecessary items in the selection. The purchase date does not replace the shelf life: check the packaging and, if necessary, replenish the stock every week. For invited guests, calculate a separate set for one evening.
Before placing an order
- Select the number of family members and the purchase period: 7, 14 or 30 days.
- Change the portions of dates, dried apricots, raisins and walnuts; unnecessary products can be removed.
- Coordinate the home menu and storage, and count the treats for invited guests separately.
